Lauren Riley
LCSW-C, C-DBT, CFTP (Licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Virtually for West Virginia)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Certified in both Maryland and Virginia. I am able to provide telehealth services for the state of West Virginia. If you are seeking supervision, I am a board approved supervisor for the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners and for the Board of Professional Counselors, including Alcohol and Drug Counselors. With almost 20 years of human service experience starting with mental health direct care and now in program oversight, I’ve created a holistic and person centered approach to the therapeutic relationship. If you are experiencing the onset of a mental health diagnosis, substance use disorder or struggling with how to support someone you love, I can help you develop strategies to take care of yourself, learn about the changes you may be facing and create a plan for the future. I specialize in working with young and emerging adults (16-30) and families learning to navigate a new normal.

Emily Boclair
LCPC
I’m a Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families affected by substance use disorders. Through this work, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how family dynamics, relationships, and life experiences shape who we are and how we connect with others. I specialize in working with young adults (ages 18–30) who may be struggling with relationship challenges, codependency, self-worth, or adjusting to major life changes. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build healthier relationships, and feel more grounded and confident in your choices. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. I take a compassionate, down-to-earth approach — combining insight, practical tools, and emotional support to help you create meaningful and lasting change.
